Service Update 1/13/2020: We are experiencing unusually high call volume upon conclusion of today’s G1 certificate renewal. A subset of merchants are receiving certificate validation or socket not connected errors. Support teams are working with affected merchants to restore normal operations by importing the proper root certificate authority.
